These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and Apkaka ("Apkaka", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the Apkaka online gaming platform accessible at https://apkaka.cam and any associated services, features or content (collectively, the "Platform").

Apkaka is an English-language online gaming information and platform site serving Pakistani users. By accessing the Platform, registering an account or placing any wager or bet, you confirm that you have read, understood and accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform.

Apkaka does not claim to be licensed, approved, regulated or endorsed by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan, any provincial authority, or any Pakistani financial institution.

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

A registered user account created by a Player on the Apkaka Platform, enabling access to betting, gaming and related services.

The total funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, inclusive of real-money deposits and any qualifying bonus funds where stated separately.

Promotional credits awarded to a Player under the terms of a specific promotion or offer, subject to wagering requirements and conditions separate from real-money funds.

Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required by the Platform prior to processing withdrawals or as part of account security procedures.

The Apkaka website at https://apkaka.cam, including all sub-pages, services, tools, live betting interfaces, casino lobbies and responsible gambling features.

The total amount of qualifying bets a Player must place before Bonus Funds and associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal, expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 30x).

Pakistani Rupee — the primary currency referenced for deposit, withdrawal and bonus amounts on the Platform where applicable.

Jurisdictions from which registration or participation on the Platform is prohibited under the operator's licence conditions or applicable law, as notified from time to time.

To register and maintain an Account on the Apkaka Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licence jurisdiction. You must not create an Account if you are below this minimum age requirement.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction. Persons lacking legal capacity or acting under legal guardianship are not permitted to register.
• Jurisdiction: You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a Restricted Territory. You are solely responsible for verifying that your use of the Platform complies with applicable law in your location.
• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one Account on the Platform. Duplicate or multiple accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of balances.
• Self-Exclusion: You must not be subject to an active self-exclusion order on the Platform or any linked platform operated by the same operator group.
• Accurate Information: All registration information provided must be truthful, accurate and complete. You must update your account details if they change.

When registering an Account, you are required to provide accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and, where applicable, a valid mobile number. This information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity that occurs under your Account will be treated as having been authorised by you unless you have previously notified us in writing of a security breach.

The Platform reserves the right to require documentary KYC verification at any time, including but not limited to proof of identity, proof of address and proof of payment method. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested may result in Account suspension or withdrawal restrictions.

By using the Apkaka Platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes consistent with these Terms. You acknowledge that:

• The Platform is provided for personal, non-commercial use only. Commercial exploitation of any aspect of the Platform is prohibited without prior written consent.
• You will not use automated software, bots, scripts or other technical means to interact with the Platform outside of its normal user interface.
• You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile or otherwise gain access to the source code or underlying systems of the Platform.
• You will not engage in any form of collusion, fraud, arbitrage or abuse of bonuses or promotional offers.
• All funds deposited to your Account must originate from legitimate sources. You confirm that you are not using the Platform to launder money or facilitate financial crime.
• The Platform reserves the right to monitor Account activity for compliance, fraud prevention and regulatory purposes.
• Intellectual property rights in all Platform content — including graphics, software, odds data and text — remain the property of the Platform operator and may not be reproduced without authorisation.

Deposits may be made using the payment methods made available in the Platform cashier at the time of transaction. Familiar Pakistani payment rails — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, bank transfers via HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah, and cryptocurrency where supported — may be referenced as contextual options, subject to availability and each provider's own terms of service.

Additional deposit conditions are as follows:

• All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed in the Platform cashier and may vary by payment method.
• Deposits are generally credited to your Account upon confirmation from the payment processor. Processing times vary and are not guaranteed by the Platform.
• The Platform does not charge deposit fees, but your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. Check your provider's terms.
• Deposits that cannot be verified or that are associated with fraudulent activity will be voided and the Account suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification, account standing review and any applicable wagering requirements. The Platform reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks prior to processing any withdrawal.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the Player's own name and, where possible, the same method used for the most recent deposit.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the cashier. These may vary by payment method and Player verification tier.
• Processing times are indicative only and not guaranteed. E-wallet withdrawals may process faster than bank transfers; cryptocurrency withdrawals depend on network conditions.
• The Platform may request additional documentation for withdrawals exceeding defined thresholds. This is a standard anti-money-laundering requirement.
• Bonus funds are not withdrawable. Only real-money winnings that have satisfied all applicable wagering requirements may be withdrawn.
• The Platform reserves the right to limit, delay or decline withdrawal requests where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, rule violation or incomplete verification.

All bonuses, promotions and free bet offers made available on the Apkaka Platform are subject to specific promotion terms and conditions in addition to these general Terms. In the event of any conflict, the promotion-specific terms prevail.

• Welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins and any other promotional credits are subject to clearly stated wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted.
• Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 30x) and must be met within the validity period of the promotion.
• Different game types may contribute differently to wagering requirements. Slots may contribute 100%; live casino and table games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all — check promotion-specific terms.
• Bonuses may not be claimed multiple times by the same person, IP address, device or household unless expressly permitted.
• The Platform reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice where possible.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to matched betting, arbitrage or coordinated exploitation — may result in bonus forfeiture and Account suspension.
• Illustrative bonus amounts shown on the Platform (e.g., "up to PKR 25,000") are maximum potential values and are subject to eligibility, deposit matching conditions and promotion terms.

All bets placed on the Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event or casino game. General betting rules include the following:

• A bet is confirmed only when it has been accepted by the Platform system and a confirmation reference has been generated. Unconfirmed bets are not binding.
• Odds are displayed in decimal format by default and reflect the operator's margin. The Platform reserves the right to correct manifest errors in odds and void bets placed at clearly erroneous prices.
• For cricket markets — including PSL, ICC T20 World Cup and international series — the Platform's specific cricket rules govern settlement in the event of interruptions, rain, abandonment or Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) adjustments.
• Live in-play betting markets are accepted subject to feed availability. The Platform is not liable for settlement based on delayed or interrupted data feeds.
• Winnings from casino games are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) or live dealer procedures. Published RTP figures are theoretical and based on long-run statistical averages — they are not a guarantee of returns for any individual session.
• The Platform reserves the right to void, suspend or reverse bets where there is evidence of technical malfunction, data error or suspicious activity.

Apkaka is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling. The Platform provides tools that allow Players to manage their gambling activity. Use of these tools is strongly encouraged and may be required in certain circumstances.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps. Once set, limits take immediate effect. Increasing a limit is subject to a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Players may define maximum net loss thresholds per session, day, week or month.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set time reminders and maximum session durations to manage time spent on the Platform.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may voluntarily exclude themselves for defined periods (minimum one week) up to permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the active period.
• Reality Checks: Periodic pop-up notifications informing the Player of time elapsed and net gaming session result where supported.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Apkaka Platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, balance forfeiture and legal action where applicable:

• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Using the Platform in a jurisdiction where such use is unlawful under applicable local law.
• Registering multiple Accounts, whether under the same or different identities.
• Colluding with other players, including coordinated betting strategies designed to exploit promotions or game mechanics.
• Using technical exploits, software vulnerabilities or game bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using the Platform for money laundering purposes.
• Abusing promotions through systematic exploitation, including but not limited to matched betting using bonus funds where prohibited.
• Accessing the Platform on behalf of a third party or permitting another person to use your Account.
• Harassing, abusing or threatening Platform staff or other users in any communication channel.
• Attempting to circumvent geographical restrictions through VPN, proxy or similar technical means where doing so violates applicable law or the operator's licence conditions.

The Platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or associated promotion-specific rules.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse or prohibited conduct.
• Receipt of a chargeback or disputed transaction relating to the Account.
• Regulatory, licensing or legal requirements necessitating Account closure.
• Player-initiated self-exclusion or voluntary account closure request.

Upon termination for cause, the Platform may withhold any balance pending investigation. Where termination is not attributable to Player misconduct, real-money balances will be returned to the Player via the original payment method after satisfactory KYC review. Bonus funds are forfeited in all cases of Account termination.

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Account closure does not exempt a Player from any outstanding obligations under these Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Apkaka Platform, its operators, affiliates, licensors and service providers shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive losses arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill or loss of anticipated winnings.
• Service interruptions, technical faults, network errors or data feed failures outside of the Platform's reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to your Account arising from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Actions taken in reliance on Platform content that constitutes informational material rather than professional advice (including any legal, financial or tax content).

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Platform operator holds its gaming licence. Specific licence jurisdiction details are available upon request to the support team.

These Terms do not override any mandatory consumer protection rights that may be available to you under the law of your country of residence to the extent that such rights cannot legally be excluded by contract.

Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be submitted for informal resolution by contacting the Platform's customer support team. If informal resolution is not achieved within thirty (30) days, disputes may be referred to the applicable dispute resolution mechanism as specified by the Platform operator's licensing authority.

Apkaka reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address associated with their Account or through a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised agreement. If you do not agree with any material amendment, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to close your Account before the amendment takes effect.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.
